If you thougth about the best educacional managment in the world, probably the firs countries that comes in to your head could be China, Japan, or some european coutry, that is beacause in the educational tests that are applied arround the world, those countries ussually get the firts places, or because the media made news about their archivenments, does that means that our latinoamerican countries have a bad educacional managment? Not exactly, but its a true that we can made that our educatonal managment get better, we just need to look other countries, and what they are doing in that topic, to have an idea about what we can change or upgrade.
Inversion
One thing it´s certanlly when whe talk about educatiob, if one countrie invest more money in education, that educaction will be bether than others, it is not just because more money means inmediatly better educacion, it mean that they have more tools to get better that education , for exaple they can use thar resource to give their teachers courses, capacitation or workshops that allows them to develop new skills to teach the contetns that their students needs.
Also those invest can be used to have a better infrestructure talking about schools, it means not only better spaces to learn, but also equiped spaces whit the resourses that the teachers need to teach, and what are they significant to the learning of the students.
Flexibility
As we know felaxible learning means that there Is a set of educacional philosophies and sistems that provided to The learners, tools, training, information, and support that they need; Flexibility also can give to the young learners The posibility to adapt their learning pathway as they need.
Not all the students learn in te same way, all have tehir own ideas and prevously knoleges, also difent skils and ways to learn, if we don´t considerate that when we teach the childs, probably some of them stay behind in comparation of their classmates, it is a good idea to see what are doing other countries, what strategies are ussing during the clases and in which ways they are considerate the heterogenety of their studnts to teach.
Time
How may hours we need to learn? Probablly the most people must say that spend more time in the school is a waste of time, even the students in latinoamerica don´t want to stay in the scool more than 4 hours.
If we take a look in other countries, will see that the average of hours per day its about 6 hours, but there is some cases like japan when they have journeys arround 8 hours, germany whit 9 hours and china whit arround 10 hours, that doesn´t mean that they use all those hours only for teoric knolege, actually they spend around the half of thar time in activities that involve other aspects to develop new skills for the life, an example culd be the fisical activities, sports, arts, technologies etc.
Continuity
It´s enough whit 6 years to build a perefect educational sistem? I don´t think so. Other places in the world has been build ther educactional sistems during many years, they know that the solution is not to change their sistems always that a goverment change, it is better to look what is going well, whay is going grong and change the bad things, upgrade that what is working, and keep giving continuity and retroalimentation to get better and better educational sistems.
Evaluation
One of the most important parts of this proces is the evaluation, not only in the classrom, in all the parts that form part of the sistem, it is very important to have an idea if whatever what the countries are doing it´s give them good results.
The true is that in our countries, we don´t give to the evaluation the importance that deserve, this is a way to know what is going with the educaction, i think that is this the most importan part, beacuse this can told us if the inversion, the flexibility, the time, and the other parts of the sistem are working.
For example, in Estonia they have the "Principles of evaluation In he Basic Education Law 7"
Estonia, establishes 6 general principles that should guide the evaluation processes of the students at school. These principles are: 1.-Support the development of students. 2.-Provide feedback to students 3.-Regarding their learning process, 4.-Encourage and guide students to study with a purpose, 5.-Guide the development of self-esteem student, and 6.- To support the student in the educational decisions you must make,
In conclusion, there some many ways to get a better educational sistem and it depends on the managment that the goverment gives them, it is important to investigate other sistems in the worl to take the thigs that are working and implement them in our sistems, of course considetare the context of each place and the people needs.
