The educational system has some problematics that need some particular solves, one program that is useful to reach that solves is the PEMC; the PMCE is a program designed to solve problems or get upgrades in some topics that involve an institution and their educational community.
This forms part of educational management but it doesn't mean that the only responsible is the principal, in fact all the teachers must contribute to the construction and be an active part during the process, since the diagnostic to the close of the activities.
If a school wants to implement this program, the step one is determinate which are the problematics inside the school, because is very important to chose that can get a resolution for part of the teacher and principal, some examples of that could be: Writing and reading, punctuality and assist or the orthography. All the problematics are determined by an application of a diagnostic test, the delivery of a product, or even from the experience of each one of the teachers.
Once the problematics are selected, the educational community must think in the goals that want to archive, this goals are determine for an general objective and three specific objectives; To build an general objective is important considerate this points:
Specific:
The objective must be specific, it means that it has to turn around the problematic, and discard all information that doesn't not contribute to archiving the objective.
Measurable:
To reach the objective we must consider something that drops information and this information can be registered and measurable, with a percent for example.
Reachable:
It's important to know what we can really do, don't try to do something that we can't reach.
Relevnt:
The problematic must be meaningful inside the school, or considerate which is more important to the learning of the students for example the reading and the writing.
Definite time:
Another important thing is that we must delimit the time, so we can get a better control of all the activities that are applied to solve the problems.
When the objectives are selected, it's time to start; To get a clear idea let's use writing as a problematic. All the teachers must implement in their classrooms activities that always focus on the problematic, in this case, writing, but don't forget that it depends on the grade because it's not the same one activity to first grade, and one to sixth grade.
One of the most important parts to not say the most, is the follow-up, even if we think that the activities that we are applying, something can go wrong, but if we don't supervising the processes constant, we can't know it, when we detect that some activity or processes isn't working it's time to change it or adequate it, the purpose as we say before ir try to use the best strategies to reach our goals.
